Project Architect/Designer - South Bend, IN

Minimum Requirements:

  • A degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited architectural program is required
  • Minimum of three to five years of relevant architecture industry work experience
  • Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, experienced in Microsoft office programs and possess knowledge in working with construction contracts and AIA draw forms
  • Successful completion of the Architectural Registration Examination is preferred but not required

Basic Duties:

  • Providing architectural services in areas such as construction, development and asset management/leasing

Grounds Supervisor – Portage, IN

Holladay Properties' Portage, Indiana office is seeking an energetic, talented and efficient individual to join its experienced landscaping crew. This full-time crew member will assist in the upkeep of several commercial properties to enhance and maintain the property’s peak appearance at all times. Job responsibilities will include mowing, trimming, edging, mulch application, maintaining flower beds, fertilizing, pruning, installing landscaping, care and maintenance of equipment and landscaping vehicles. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be comfortable working outdoors and as a team member.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • High School Diploma
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 80lbs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to tolerate temperatures of 100 degrees or more and below freezing temperatures while working outdoors
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong commitment to high level service and quality standards

  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Commercial Maintenance Technician – Portage, IN

Holladay Properties' South Bend, Indiana office is seeking an energetic, talented and efficient individual to join its experienced maintenance staff. This full-time crew member will assist in the maintenance of several commercial properties. Job responsibilities will include repairing, installing, replacing and maintaining machinery, mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, fixtures, plumbing, tools and building materials. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be comfortable handling and operating hand tools, power tools, and have a general knowledge of building maintenance.

Commercial Landscape Foreman/Technician - Indianapolis, IN

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience with a landscape company required
  • Must be able to work overtime and on Saturdays when required
  • Good attendance and punctuality is a must
  • Must have strong sense for the safety of themselves and those around them
  • Candidate should be a motivated team player with people skills
  • RT license and at least 2 years of experience in Lawn Treatment preferred

Basic Duties:

  • Mowing, trimming, mulching, landscape installation, shrub maintenance, snow removal
  • Ability to understand and follow directions
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work outdoors in different conditions
