Holladay Construction Group is a South Bend-based Construction Manager who has been performing for Holladay Properties for the past 54 years. In 2007, Holladay Construction Group, LLC was formed to allow for the bidding and negotiation of work with select third-party entities.
The firm has extensive expertise in a wide variety of Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Medical, Institutional and Hospitality projects including the complete installations of both Private and Public Infrastructures.
With low overhead and our ability to manage and coordinate the general construction process, we develop our construction packages far more efficiently and economically than other contractors.
Holladay Construction Group, LLC provides skilled and qualified Construction Management from Administrative Personnel, Superintendents, and Project Managers that are assigned to each project on an individual basis and will be stationed at the project on a full-time basis.
