Holladay signs two new tenants at Heritage Square

Sorella Boutique, the new sister store of Jules Boutique in Goshen, opens June 1st at Heritage Square next to Fannie May. Urban Swirl, a self-serve frozen yogurt bar, will open in mid-June in Suite 440, next to Portrait Innovations.
(Mishawaka, Ind.) ? Holladay Properties is excited to announce that two new tenants will soon be joining the tenant mix at Heritage Square, the 180,000 square foot retail center located at 7321 Heritage Square Drive in Granger, Ind. Both stores are expected to open in June.
?We?re excited to welcome Sorella Boutique and Urban Swirl to Heritage Square,? Matt Creviston, Director of Leasing for Holladay Properties said. ?They are both pretty unique shops that will offer shoppers a new experience at Heritage Square.?
Sorella Boutique, also known as Jules Boutique Granger, will open on June 1, 2011. Sorella Boutique is the second Jules Boutique store to open; the original is located in Goshen and opened on June 1, 2004. The owners decided to name the new store ?Sorella,? which means sister in Italian, to differentiate it from the original shop.
Sorella Boutique will offer a variety women?s clothing and accessories for sale. Clothing will be in the $35 range and stock will include designer denim jeans, tops, jackets, skirts and dresses. Handbags of all colors, shapes and sizes, jewelry and other accessories will also be sold and the shop will offer gift cards that can be used at either location.
Urban Swirl will open in mid-June across from Sorella and next to Portrait Innovation. The self-serve frozen yogurt bar will have 14 flavors on tap each day, including non-dairy options and Activia Frozen Yogurt, and over 40 toppings including fresh fruit, candy and cereal. The delicious dessert is sold by weight and customers will be able to choose their flavor, fill their cup with as much or as little of the yogurt as they prefer, and top it however they like.
The frozen yogurt sold at Urban Swirl contains live and active cultures and have been deemed healthy by the National Yogurt Association. The friendly bacterial contained in the yogurt have several health benefits to the human body, which makes Urban Swirl?s yogurt not only tasty, but healthy as well.
