Shoppes at Winding Brook now 100% leased

The shell of the 9,950 sq. ft. Shoppes at Winding Brook is nearly complete. Tenants will be able to begin interior improvements soon and are expected to celebrate a Grand Opening in August of this year.
(Ashland, Va.) – Holladay Properties will soon be welcoming The Beef Jerky Outlet to Winding Brook, Holladay’s 185 acre retail development in Ashland, Va. The specialty retail food store recently signed a five year lease to occupy 946 sq. ft. of The Shoppes at Winding Brook, bringing the 9,950 sq. ft. retail building to full occupancy.
The Beef Jerky Outlet will join Subway, Nail Theory and Mariachi's Mexican Grill in the building located at 11670 Lakeridge Parkway in Ashland, Va. The newest tenant to sign a lease, The Beef Jerky Outlet features a wide variety of jerky products, sausages and smoked meats, sauces, rubs, seasonings, marinades, jams, butters, jellies, peanuts, candies, cheeses and other similar foods.
The Shoppes at Winding Brook is Holladay’s first multi-tenant retail building in Winding Brook and is now fully leased. Construction of the shell of the building is nearly completed and the tenants will be able to begin their individual improvements soon. The Grand Opening for the building and its tenants is expected to occur in August of this year.
