Condominium Build-Out Begins in Reston, VA

Construction began today on the build-out of Suite 310 at Parkway Medical Tower on the campus of Reston Hospital Center in Reston, Virginia. Holladay's Nashville office is overseeing the $325,000 build-out after negotiating the sale of the unit to SAI Holdings, LLC (a family practice). The closing and occupancy of the unit is expected to occur around October 15th.
