Holladay Properties To Manage Five Additional HCP MOB's

HCP, Inc., the largest healthcare REIT in the US, has awarded the management of 2 buildings in Minneapolis, Minnesota and 3 buildings in Phoenix, Arizona to the Nashville office of Holladay Properties. The 5 buildings add over 261,000 sf to the portfolio we manage. Rob Day was hired as the property manager in Phoenix while Erika Dalager was hired as property manager in Minneapolis.
