LifePoint Hospitals Chooses Holladay Properties

LifePoint Hospitals of Nashville, TN has awarded an asset management and leasing contract to Holladay Properties for a new medical office building under construction in Beckley, West Virginia. Holladay will negotiate and manage the leasing process for the two floors dedicated to physician suites, a total of 30,000 sf.
