The BowTruss Building
1001 Third Avenue North | Nashville, TN

The BowTruss Building, located in the revitalized Germantown area of Nashville, is a former warehouse that was converted into creative office space. Features like open architecture, exposed metal bowtruss beams, a vaulted wooden ceiling and spacious windows and skylights helped the building win an Excellence in Development Award from the Urban Land Institute (ULI) in 2015.
