Timothy A. Baker
Executive Vice President - Asset Management

Mr. Baker joined Holladay Properties in 1996 and is the Executive Vice President in charge of Asset Management for Holladay.  He received a B.S. degree in business from Indiana University - Bloomington, is an Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) - Certified Property Manager (CPM) and holds an Indiana Real Estate Brokers License. Prior to joining Holladay Properties, Mr. Baker was President and CEO of Baker Rubber Inc. a tire recycling company with plants in South Bend, IN; Chambersburg, PA and Mesa, AZ.

Mr. Baker oversees the existing Holladay properties.  His primary responsibilities are to maximize Holladay's value to Holladay's tenants, to maintain Holladay's assets in a superior condition and maintain quality returns to the property owners through support to the property management function and direction of the marketing activity for existing properties. 

Mr. Baker is past President of IREM's Northern Indiana Chapter 100 and is on the Board of Directors of Downtown South Bend, Inc. In the past Mr. Baker has served on the advisory board of Key Bank, Northern Indiana District, is a past director of the St. Joseph County Chamber of Commerce, and has been active in several local civic organizations.
