Ms. Benscoter is Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the President, the Chief Financial Officer and several of the Senior Vice Presidents. She is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the South Bend office, "from A to Z." Her 30+ years of experience, from executive assistant to the president of a large manufacturing facility in Michigan, to high school secretary, to assistant vice president at a mortgage company in Texas, serve her well in her efforts at Holladay Properties.
Ms. Benscoter grew up in Texas and received a BBA in Management from Hardin Simmons University in 1983. She moved to Arizona in 1986, then to Indiana in 1997. Her adult son lives in Tucson and she and her musician husband live in Elkhart.
