Ms. Fussey has been with Holladay Construction Group since 2006 and has 12 years "behind the scenes" experience in the construction industry. She has extensive knowledge in construction/manufacturing systems conversions, contract execution for public and private entities, project manual development, and AIA compliance. Since joining Holladay Construction Group, she has implemented a construction accounting system that supports the entire staff. This enabled all projects/files to be in one universal system with information being real-time. Her other responsibilities include managing contracts, change orders, pay applications, submittals, and system training. Her job experience is not limited to the South Bend area. Her fondness for implementing new software started in California, where she worked as a manufacturing coordinator in the Aerospace Industry and as a manufacturing system's specialist in Milwaukee for a National Consumer Product Retailer.
Ms. Fussey resides in the South Bend area with her two sons. She is currently a Board Member for Warren Township Little League, and actively volunteers for District 11 Little League's fundraising events. In years past, her time was spent as a tournament assistant for the Irish Youth Hockey League. Being a volunteer enables one to be around all sorts of people in good/bad situations. Ms. Fussey says that having that experience" teaches you patience, compassion, and time management," all of which can be used day to day in her own job as Contracts Administrator.
