Ms. Haley joined Holladay Properties in 2006 as Vice President of Asset Management — Retail Division overseeing the management, marketing, lease administration and tenant coordination for the new retail division, which encompasses life style and mixed use centers. Ms. Haley has over 19 years of shopping center and office building management and marketing experience covering diverse enclosed malls, strip centers and mixed use developments for large institutional real estate investors and real estate investment trusts between the Midwest and East Coast.
Ms. Haley oversaw 1.7 million square feet of shopping and office buildings as a Regional Property Manager for Federal Realty Investment Trust in Virginia and North Carolina. Prior to Federal Realty, Ms. Haley was a General Manager of super regional enclosed malls for Urban Retail Properties Company in Wisconsin and Missouri. Ms. Haley holds a B.A. from Coe College and has designations as a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and Certified Marketing Director (CMD) through the International Council of Shopping Centers.
