Ms. Pangraze has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Design from the University of Notre Dame. For the past 22 years, she has been a part of project teams for major retail, entertainment and civic developments. Ms. Pangraze began her career at Space Design International in Cincinnati working on retail mall developments, then HOK and Kiku Obata & Co in St. Louis. She joined Holladay Properties in 2007 after 11 years as Owner and Principal of PK3 Design, Inc. Ms. Pangraze brings extensive experience managing projects that vary from modest in size to complex in nature.
Her sound business skills, attention to detail, and extensive experience in destination developments provides the necessary leadership and creativity to make Winding Brook a successful and exciting destination site. Prior to her move to Richmond, she served on the Advisor Committee for the Junior League of Greenville, Meals on Wheels, and the International Institute. Her projects have been featured in national trade and industry publications.
