Ken Whitaker

Mr. Whitaker joined Holladay Properties in 2004 and brings over 25 years of multi-faceted health care and hospitality experience to the Nashville team.  His roles with the Healthcare Division include business development for property management services (landing new clients in TN, WV, LA & MT), direct oversight of several clients' portfolio of assets, special projects, project management for a variety of shell build-outs and integration of best practices into the every day policies & procedures.

Prior to joining Holladay, he has served as Executive Director of a psychiatric and substance abuse hospital, continuing care retirement centers, nursing homes, a medical practice and health resort.  He also served as Corporate Director of Financial Planning for the largest hospital system in Arizona.  His real estate development credits of over $150 million include psych hospitals, MOB's, retirement centers, nursing homes and two world-class resorts (Miraval & Hilton Head Health Institute).  Mr. Whitaker holds a Masters Degree in Hospital Administration, a BS in Accounting and is a Certified Property Manager.
