Mr. Waugh was hired by Holladay Properties in October 2007. He has 18 years of experience working as a property manager in rental and condominium buildings in Chicago and in Naperville, IL. His primary responsibilities for Holladay include maintaining good tenant relationships while managing two mixed use industrial parks located in Portage and in Merrillville, IN, two properties in Gary and another property in Merrillville, IN.
Mr. Waugh is married and has two daughters. He is active in his community by supporting the middle school band program and the local gymnastics center in which both daughters participate.
