Miss Celli has been with Holladay Properties since 2000. She is the Regional Portfolio Manager and manages training and operations for a healthcare REIT based out of Nashville, Tennessee. She directs onsite property management teams in two states, consisting of 35 medical office buildings. She has over 12 years of property management experience and has managed diverse portfolios ranging from multi tenant office buildings, industrial properties with big box users and retail centers with anchor tenants such as Lowes. She has managed properties for private individual owners and healthcare REITS.
She is experienced in management, planning, analysis, and organization of multi-tenant and single purpose medical specialty properties in the for profit sector. She has a proven ability to oversee, manage and control expenses for the medical office portfolios. She won "Best Overall Tenant Satisfaction," award for three consecutive years. She is skilled in the analysis process for acquisition, due diligence, review and development of a fiscal forecast for these projects. She is an active member of CREW, IREM and GNAR.
