Ms. Tepe received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Notre Dame and attended the Prince of Wales Institute of Architecture in London, England. She is a registered architect in Indiana, as well as NCIDQ certified in Interior Design.
Ms. Tepe has overseen the construction of numerous build-to-suits, hotel joint ventures, conventional office, retail establishments and industrial developments. Prior to being Senior Vice President — Development for Holladay Partners — Midwest, Inc., Ms. Tepe was the director of the architectural and interior design aspects of the company. She was responsible for the development of tenant space plans, state submittals and finishes.
Ms. Tepe joined Holladay in 1996 after spending six years in a traditional architectural firm. She is on the advisory board for Ivy Tech State College in their Design Technology Program, former board member for the American Heart Association, and is a member of both The American Institute of Architects and The American Society of Interior Designers.
