Charles Marshall is an Asset Manager in the Indianapolis Office. As such he is responsible for the direct management of Indianapolis real estate assets and acts as the company's representative in interacting with tenants, managing the maintenance and landscaping staff and supporting Holladay Property's development function in infrastructure maintenance and permitting new project development.
Charles has over ten years experience with commercial, industrial, and residential land development projects. This experience is foundational to providing management, development, and financial responsibility for Holladay's Indianapolis real estate portfolio.
