Maureen Johnson
Director of Human Resources

Ms. Johnson is the Director of Human Resources for Holladay's approximately 200 employees. She is responsible for overseeing all areas regarding employment, employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment and payroll. She is a member of the local and national chapters of the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM) and she stands behind the HR mission statement created for Holladay — "If we educate, equip and encourage our employees, they will equal or exceed our expectations".

In her 19 years as a Holladay employee, she has volunteered to work for the St. Joseph County Boys and Girl's Club, South Bend Community School Corporation's Dream Team Mentoring Program, Healthy Communities for St. Joseph County, and Habitat for Humanity. She also serves on various boards in her church.
