Ms. Holloway recently joined Holladay Properties as Development Representative for Holladay Properties newest retail development, Winding Brook, located in Richmond, Virginia. In this capacity, she assists the Sr. Vice President of Holladay Properties - Eastern Region in retail development and leasing of this 186 acre destination location.
Ms. Holloway attended Virginia Commonwealth University and J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College in Richmond, Virginia. She has over 10 years of real estate experience in the Richmond, Virginia area, including property management experience. Most recently she obtained her Virginia real estate license to actively pursue retail leasing and sales. Prior to joining Holladay Properties, Ms. Holloway worked as a Real Estate Sales Assistant for Grubb & Ellis|Harrison & Bates and assisted in the research, leasing and development of existing and prospective tenants, both regional and national.
Ms. Holloway is actively involved with her two children and local activities.
