Mr. Long is a Project Designer with Holladay's Indianapolis office. He is responsible for planning and engineering and architecture coordination for all of Holladay's Indianapolis projects. These include build- to- suit opportunities where he serves as the design and planning coordinator as well as planning in land sales where he serves in planning as part of the due diligence process. Mr. Long has coordinated or designed several industrial and flex office spaces in Indianapolis and planned infrastructure for approximately 600 acres of new development as well as projects outside the Indianapolis area.
Prior to joining Holladay in 2003, Mr. Long worked for a local architecture, interiors and planning firm as a project manager and designer. Here he worked for several of Indianapolis' largest real estate developers. Mr. Long serves on the New Palestine Indiana Economic Development Commission and Redevelopment Commission.
