Mr. Micka is Project Manager for Holladay Properties' Portage, Indiana office. His current responsibilities include overseeing the development of a 53-acre medical office park located in Valparaiso, Indiana, anchored by a 100-bed hospital facility. Mr. Micka came to Holladay Properties with a background in commercial lending and municipal financing. He has assisted Indiana municipalities establish tax increment financing districts, economic revitalization areas, and evaluate tax abatement and other incentive programs.
Mr. Micka is very involved in the community and currently serves on the City of Valparaiso Board of Zoning Appeals, Valparaiso YMCA building and finance committees, and Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce Leadership Development committee.
