Mr. Phair, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin — Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in real estate, joined Holladay Properties in the fall of 2005. He has been assisting the senior development staff with the planning and overseeing of several different development projects in South Bend, including a 450 acre master planned land development, a 150,000 square foot warehouse/distribution facility, and a 100 room Hilton Garden Inn with an adjoining conference facility.
Prior to joining Holladay, Mr. Phair had worked as a financial analyst in the Financial Analysis Department of Trizee Real Estate Investment Trust, which controls one of the largest office property portfolios in the country.
Mr. Phair lives and works in South Bend where he is involved in numerous social organizations including the Center for the Homeless, Boys and Girls Club, and the St. Joseph County Chamber of Commerce.
