Mr. Perri attended Indiana University with a major in Business Administration. He has over 28 years experience in nearly all facets of the real estate business including development, construction, property management and brokerage. In his current position at Holladay Properties, Mr. Perri has overseen the construction of numerous corporate build-to-suits, hotel joint ventures, conventional office and industrial developments. In addition, he has experience in both single and multi-family residential development.
Prior to being Senior Vice President - Development for Holladay Properties, Mr. Perri was in charge of all Holladay Property management functions, giving him unique insight and operating experience combined with his construction and development expertise.
Mr. Perri also serves as Holladay Properties Principal Broker and is involved with several local and state community organizations, including Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors, Institute of Real Estate Management, CCIM Institute, Building Owners and Managers Association, the Boys and Girls Clubs, and Rotary.
