Ms. Pershing has been with Holladay Properties since the mid 80's and has a degree in Business from Southwestern Michigan College. Prior to joining Holladay, she worked for a regional banking company in the commercial loan division. Ms. Pershing currently has RPA and CPM designations from BOMA and IREM. She is a Board member for the Holladay Construction Group and is active in several trade organizations and serves as Chair for two Condominium/Villa associations.
As Director of Property Management, Ms. Pershing oversees all operational aspects of Holladay Properties' portfolio in the South Bend area including the management of additional third party properties. Holladay Properties' current portfolio includes industrial, office, build-to-suits, apartments, business parks and hotel facilities. There are approximately 75 full-time employees reporting to Ms. Pershing working in areas of landscaping, housekeeping, engineering, security, maintenance and construction.
