Mr. Phair is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Real Estate. Mr. Phair joined Holladay Properties in 2004 to assist in the development of AmeriPlex-Indianapolis, a 1,500 acre corporate campus located near the Indianapolis International Airport. The particular areas that Mr. Phair is involved in at AmeriPlex-Indianapolis, include, but are not limited to, land acquisitions, planning, building sales and leasing, and market research. Mr. Phair is also in charge of executing Due Diligence & Market Feasibility functions in real estate markets in which Holladay Properties is currently looking to establish a presence.
Prior to joining Holladay Properties, Mr. Phair worked at Arizona's largest land-brokerage company, Hogan & Associates, as a Sales Associate, for two years. He did extensive work in tracking land opportunities, aided in the planning process and joined land assemblage efforts for national homebuilders and land investors seeking to take land positions in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. Mr. Phair is a member of many local community and professional organizations, holds an Indiana Real Estate License and is working on obtaining his private pilot's license.
