Mr. Kelly attended Ball State University and Ivy Tech State College, studying both graphic design and architectural design. He joined Holladay Properties as an intern in 1999 and became Project Designer in Holladay's Portage, IN office in 2000. His primary responsibilities include site plan design and development, space plan design, code review and permitting and development and implementation of pre-construction strategies.
Mr. Kelly is a dedicated husband and father of three children. He is active in various local and charitable organizations.
