Mr. Staszewski, a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management, joined Holladay Properties in 2000 to oversee the construction activities for the South Bend, Portage and Indianapolis offices. Since that time, Holladay Construction Group, LLC has been created to cater to all of Holladay Properties' needs as well as venture into third party agreements with select clients.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Staszewski worked for general contractors both in the South Bend and Indianapolis markets managing projects in excess of $ 20 Million. With over fourteen years of experience in Construction Management and General Contracting, Mr. Staszewski offers a wide range of expertise in all phases of construction including commercial, medical, industrial, retail, institutional and hospitality work.
