Timothy E. Healy

Mr. Healy, a graduate of the University of  Notre Dame, joined Holladay Properties in 2000 to lead Holladay's development activity in the Northwest Indiana and Chicago markets.

Mr. Healy oversees all aspects of "AmeriPlex at the Port", a 400-acre mixed-use development in Portage, Indiana and "AmeriPlex at the Crossroads," a 385-acre mixed-use joint venture development with Purdue Research Foundation in Merrillville, Indiana and the region's largest Certified Technology Park. Together, these projects are now home to 62 new businesses and growing every year. To date, over $200 Million of Holladay developed projects have occurred in these parks in over 2.7 million square feet of new facilities. Over 2000 people report to work each day in these two parks.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Healy co-owned and managed a $23M environmental remediation company. His extensive background and experience with "liability transfer" and "brownsfield" redevelopment projects has allowed Holladay Properties to reposition dormant parcels into productive use once again. Most recently, Holladay Properties completed a $4 Million industrial-to-retail conversion in Winnipeg, Canada under Mr. Healy's direction.

Mr. Healy is active in many local and regional organizations including board positions with the Northwest Indiana Forum and Opportunity Enterprises. Mr. Healy, his wife and five children reside in Valparaiso, Indiana.
