Our expertise in Information Technology allows us to offer solutions that far exceed those of our competition. Our overall goal in storing your information is to use "platform technology." We define this concept as only having to input your data once, in one application, and have it flow to all other applications you use. We understand the importance of making your information easily accessible, whether in the office or from any PC with Internet access.

For example, for one client, our accounting department inputs their data into a nationally recognized accounting package (MRI from Intuit). Any information placed into MRI then automatically flows into our proprietary web-based facilities and asset management application (FM Link). This allows the client to save time and money while still providing them the capability to view and update their property and asset information efficiently.

For this same client, our programming staff developed a custom, Web-based application that provides tenants the capability to submit maintenance requests online. This information is combined with the information coming from our Help Desk into one common database, allowing property managers to view reports on customer experience, vendor timeliness, as well as the nature of the work completed.
