Project Architect/Designer – South Bend, IN

Innovative real estate company seeks a dynamic self-starter to join their team as a full-time project architect/designer.  Responsibilities include providing architectural services in areas such as construction, development and asset management/leasing. Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft office programs, and possess knowledge in working with construction contracts and AIA draw forms.

 REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited program
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant architecture industry work experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft programs
  • Knowledge in working with construction contracts and AIA draw forms

 Successful completion of the Architectural Registration Examination is preferred but not required.

Project Manager – Richmond, VA

Holladay Properties is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for our Eastern Region. We are looking for an individual with a minimum of five years’ experience as a Project Manager within the commercial real estate field, with a focus on land sales, development and new construction. Must have proven experience in successfully managing new development projects, including MOB, hotel and infrastructure. Also, must live in or be familiar with the Richmond/DC I-95 Corridor.

Strong team leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills are needed as well as a strong background in understanding and creating financials related to the development industry. The ability to plan and successfully achieve short term and long term goals as determined is highly desired. Must be proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Autocad, Construction Scheduling. Contractor Bidding experience is recommended, but not required. Must have the ability to maintain subcontractor relations. This individual must be willing to travel by car and by air. Competitive compensation package available.

Residential Leasing Consultant - Downers Grove, IL

Holladay Properties is looking for an energetic, friendly, outgoing leasing consultant for our brand new, low rise apartments in Downers Grove. The Leasing Consultant's primary responsibility is to promote the community and the rental of apartments using a resourceful and gracious manner. The Leasing Consultant assists current residents with their needs and works closely with other office personnel in a customer service environment. The Leasing Consultant will be expected to effectively communicate the benefits of the community and rent apartments to prospective residents entering the community. This position requires strong organizational skills and flexibility is a must because an ordinary day can change very quickly. The Leasing Consultant will be assigned tasks that benefit the property and this may require that the Consultant works outside the office in vacant apartments or on the grounds of the property.

Residential Maintenance Technician – Portage, IN

The Residential Maintenance Technician (RMT)’s primary responsibility is to maintain the physical integrity of the Promenade at Founders Square in Portage, IN.  This involves insuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff.  The RMT will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Property Manager. The RMT must be knowledgeable of pertinent laws, EPA and OSHA regulations governing proper storage and management of hazardous materials, including solvents, flammables, caustics and Freon.

Job responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair, as directed, involving electrical, plumbing (including water lines), AC and heating systems, Appliances (when applicable), water irrigation systems, stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, tile, carpet, flooring, roofing, gutters, fasteners, interior/exterior lights, fireplaces, ceiling fans, gas fixtures and appliances (where applicable), shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors, boiler (gas and electric), door locks, P.O. boxes, security systems (where applicable), ceiling leaks, walls, pool areas, tile and pool furniture.
  • Constantly be aware of the condition throughout the community and immediately initiate action to correct unsafe conditions such as broken gates leading to the pool, broken steps, open holes, broken/burned out exterior lights
  • Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment, and inspect and maintain tools and equipment.
  • Report all major repairs and need requisitions to Property Manager prior to any expenditure of funds.
  • Meet with service vendors and contractors to get bids, when needed.
  • Assist in keeping grounds neat and free of litter.
  • Perform all work related to snow removal and ice management which includes but not limited to shoveling, salting, plowing and all procedures related to weather related control measures.
  • Maintain all aspects of a swimming pool: cleaning, chemicals, and knowledge of all safety issues.
  • Answer on-call maintenance requests 24 hours per day on a rotational basis
