(Miami, FL) – Holladay Properties staff from Florida and Nashville offices have been supporting the Tigerbots, of W.R. Thomas Middle School in Miami, FL on its road to the 2018 VEX IQ Challenge World Robotics Competition in Louisville, Ky. The Tigerbots were the Florida State Champions and competed against other top robotics teams April 29 to May 1 at the world championship. The team’s final results were: #39 in Total Points scored for Qualification Matches out of 398 Teams; #9 in the Arts Division out of 80 Team; #5 in the Arts Division Final; #21 Overall in Division Finals; and Top 10% robot in the world. Henry Rodriguez, Property Manager (Miami, FL) had two nephews participating in the World Robotics Competition, including one on the Tigerbots team.
