(South Bend, IN) – On a beautiful Saturday morning with temperatures in the low 80s, 14 members and extended members of the Holladay family gathered in the parking lot at 227 S. Main street before heading to the Sunburst starting line at Four Winds Field, the largest group we’ve ever had. Sunburst is a community event that Holladay has participated in for the last five years. Sponsored by Beacon Health System and KeyBank, runners/walkers can participate in a half marathon, a 10K run, a 5K run and a 5K fitness walk. The races are certified by the United States of America Track and Field governing body on all courses and all proceeds go to the Beacon Children’s Hospital.
