Duffey Phelps joined Holladay in 2015 as a Project Developer and he has been responsible for overseeing the development and operations of Holladay’s extended stay portfolio. In addition to Duffey’s work with the extended stay portfolio, he is actively involved in development, investment, and operation decisions across the Holladay hotel portfolio and currently serves as the chairperson of the Holladay Hospitality Committee.
