Holladay Properties has begun development of its sixth WoodSpring Suites extended-stay hotel in the greater Chicagoland area. The four-story, WoodSpring Suites hotel in Addison, IL broke ground in August 2018 with Holladay Construction Group serving as the project's General Contractor. The project also involved demolition of an existing hotel on the site that took place in April.

Holladay Properties has begun development of its fifth WoodSpring Suites extended-stay hotel in the greater Chicagoland area. The four-story, WoodSpring Suites hotel in Merrillville, IN broke ground in June 2018 with Holladay Construction Group serving as the project's General Contractor. The project involved demolition of an existing building on the site that began in May. A 2.42-acre commercial/retail parcel is located adjacent to the hotel site and is available for sale or build to suit.

Holladay's Hospitality division is developing a new 111-room, 4-story Home2 Suites by Hilton extended-stay hotel in the AmeriPlex-Indianapolis business park in Indianapolis, IN. The project broke ground in November 2017 and construction is expected to be completed in November 2018, with the hotel opening planned for January 2019.
