(Nashville, TN) – The healthcare real estate investment company HCP, Inc., recently held its annual conference, where Holladay Properties and individual staff members earned a number of property management awards. The Holladay Properties medical office management team earned the “HCP Cup”, the most coveted award presented by HCP, for the fourth time. The HCP Cup demonstrates the vendor was able to secure the highest growth in year over year new leasing within the HCP portfolio.

Holladay earned HCP Cup in part due to the incredible leasing efforts led by its leasing team including Tracy Francis, Chad DeRossett and Brian Wilcox. These leasing efforts also resulted in Tracy Francis and Chad DeRossett of Holladay’s Nashville office earning “The Most Valuable Leasing Team” award, which is presented to the individual or team that demonstrates the highest deal volume during the year.

In addition to its leasing awards, HCP also presents “Outstanding Service Awards” to individuals that the company recognizes as going beyond the service expectations to achieve the highest results and performance in their respective discipline. Two Holladay Properties employees earned this recognition: Susan King for Accounting and George Phelps for Construction Management.

The “Tenant Satisfaction Awards” include the Highest Resulting Score and Most Improved Score, and are presented to Property Managers based on results of the Kingsley Survey, an annual tenant satisfaction assessment. The awards are given in two categories, Small Building – properties of less than 125,000 square feet – and Large Building – properties that are larger than 125,000 square feet – and three awards are given in each category.

The “Highest Resulting Score” awards are given to property managers who achieve the highest satisfaction score across the entire HCP portfolio, which totals 18 million square feet. The four Holladay employees who earned a Highest Resulting Score award were:

  • Laurie Ayotte, Nashville Office — Large Building Category
  • Henry Rodriquez, Miami Satellite Office — Small Building Category
  • Peggy Hearn, Palm Beach Satellite Office — Small Building Category
  • Jackie Fermin, Plantation Satellite Office — Small Building Category

Two Holladay employees took home “Most Improved Score” awards, which are given to the property managers who have the highest year over year increase in score. The Holladay winners were:

  • Ward Carroll, St. Louis Satellite Office — Small Building Category
  • Laura Ragans, Orlando Satellite Office — Small Building Category

HCP, Inc. is one of Holladay Properties medical management team’s largest clients and these awards represent a very high accomplishment for our company and our employees. The recognitions also validate Holladay’s reputation of excellence in medical office building management.
