The Diversey Building is a 52,900 square foot flexible commercial building located within the AmeriPlex at the Port business park in Portage, IN. The facility features a six inch reinforced concrete slab floor, 24 foot clear ceiling height, six docks with recessed levelers and bumpers, and eight drive-in doors at 12 feet by 16 feet. The building offers a mix of commercial/retail space facing AmeriPlex Drive, and industrial space off of Prairie School Drive.

Holladay Properties has begun development a 100,000 square foot industrial building within the Winding Brook Business Park in Ashland, VA. The project is a joint venture development with one of the major land owners at Winding Brook, and is the first phase of a planned multi-phased, four-building, 640,000 SF industrial development on 45 acres in the Winding Brook park.

Quincy Station is a new mixed-use multi-family residential community in Westmont, IL. The residential portion of the project will feature a 5-story building, incorporating below grade parking at the basement level as well as a first floor enclosed parking garage with 4 stories of luxury residential units above. The building will include a common amenity space / club room at the upper floor of the building with an outdoor terrace overlooking Quincy Street and the downtown. The initial phase of the project, which included demolition of existing buildings and infrastructure, is complete and construction of the new property has begun.

Holladay Properties has begun development of its tenth WoodSpring Suites by Choice Hotels extended-stay hotels in Gurnee, IL. The four-story, 114-room extended-stay hotel broke ground in September 2020 and features a spacious lobby, fitness center, and guest laundry room. The 46,000 square foot project includes a variety of rooms with queen or king-sized beds and is slated to open in Fall 2021.

Holladay Properties has broken ground on a new, four-building, 116-unit multi-family residential development in Nashville, TN. fifty forty flats involves converting two existing 1970s-era three-story office buildings into apartments, and the construction of two new three-story walkup flats buildings. The project will features a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units.

After completing, filling and selling the six buildings totaling 398,000 square feet of Phases 1 and 2 at Airport Logistics Park, Holladay realized the need for new, modern industrial space in Davidson County, TN and began development of the final five buildings of Phase 3 within the industrial park. When complete, the five buildings will total 328,500 SF of Class A distribution, manufacturing and flex space and bring new jobs and business to the region.

Holladay Properties has begun development of its ninth of 15 planned WoodSpring Suites by Choice Hotels extended-stay hotels. The WoodSpring Suites in Elgin, IL broke ground in August 2020 and is a 57,700 square foot, four-story, 122-room facility. When completed, the hotel will feature a variety of rooms with queen or king-sized beds, a spacious lobby, guest laundry room, and fitness center. The hotel is slated to open Summer 2021.

Holladay Properties is redeveloping an existing bank facility into a medical office building for a primary care practice. Holladay purchased the property located at 6200 Central Avenue in Portage, IN which is home to a 4,701 square foot building on 1.79 acres that was built in 1975. Holladay is retrofitting the building, which most recently served as a Chase Bank branch location, to fit the programming needs of a primary care practice by reconfiguring the interior space.

The four-story, 91-room extended-stay hotel will feature an indoor swimming pool, a business center, a breakfast area, and a fitness center. The location offers direct access to southbound I-69 from 96th St, and is just 15 minutes to downtown Indianapolis.
