Holladay Properties has entered into both a Development Services Agreement and a Property Management Services Agreement with the Anthony Marano Company for the redevelopment of an existing 15,000 square foot commercial building located at 1 North Whittaker in New Buffalo, MI. The existing building is situated at the southern gateway to the beautiful downtown district and is primed to be a predominate welcome to both tourists and residents.

Holladay will provide development project management services overseeing design, and construction services for the property, owned by a local investor. Property Management will be administering the existing tenant lease, handling day-to-day operations, and accounting. The project was earned as a result of an ongoing relationship with an investor in Holladay’s Chicago-area developments.

Redevelopment plans include façade improvements, MEP upgrades, and preparing vacant space to a white box shell space ready for new tenants. Leasing plans to target prospective restaurant and retail tenants to add to the already vibrant New Buffalo downtown.

The development team includes Drew Mitchell, Michael O’Connor and Jessica Vargas for Holladay Properties, and Clayton Trueblood and Nick Sebert from Holladay Construction Group. The Property Manager is Kyle McFarland and will be serviced by the Portage, IN property management team.
