1980
- South Bend and Holladay Corporation's first commercial speculative office building in decades is developed: the 34,000 SF River Glen Office Plaza
1985
- John Phair and Jim Laskowski become partners of The Holladay Corporation
- South Bend begins first substantial rehabilitation of 3300 Sample Street, which was converted from a Milton Bradley croquet toy plant, into multi-tenant office/warehouse space
- South Bend office develops first build to suit: 851 Marietta Street for Signature Insurance
1986
- South Bend satellite office in Nashville, TN opens
- South Bend begins development of 308 units at Maple Lane Apartments & Executive Suites in Elkhart, IN
1988
- South Bend develops One Michiana Square, a five-story, 100,019 SF office building
1989
- Doug Hunt becomes a partner of The Holladay Corporation
- South Bend completes +/- 600,000 SF substantial rehabilitation of Byrkit Avenue Business Center in Mishwaka, IN
- Holladay Properties’ first joint venture development, the 46,000 SF Memorial Skyway Plaza, is completed in South Bend

1990

1991
- South Bend office develops the Inn at Saint Mary's - their first hotel – and a build to suit for Memorial Home Healthcare
- Nashville office develops their first build to suit, the Hendersonville Medical Office Building, for Healthtrust, Inc.
1992
- Master-planning of 1,500 acre business park in Indianapolis, IN begins
- Nashville office begins offering third-party medical office property management and development services
1995
- Holladay breaks ground at AmeriPlex in Indianapolis
1996
- South Bend satellite office opens in Indianapolis at AmeriPlex
1998
- Nashville gains first large-scale MOB management contract of 1.2M SF
- Indianapolis breaks ground on the first building at AmeriPlex, a 40,000 SF build to suit for the Hirata Corporation, a Japanese company

- John Phair proposes a separation of the Midwest and DC operations and becomes President and lead partner of Holladay Properties

2001
- Portage office leads purchase of former Canada Metals building in Winnipeg, Canada, which required extensive site remediation before the property was sold
2002
- Holladay welcomes new partner, Manette Tepe, of the South Bend office
- Portage office develops two multi-tenant commercial buildings for State and Local government offices in Gary, IN
2003
- Holladay welcomes new partner, Tim Healy, from the Portage office
2004
- Planning of third large-scale business park, a joint venture with the Purdue Research Foundation called AmeriPlex at the Crossroads, begins in Merrillville, IN
- South Bend office develops the Cottages at Pendle Woods, an upscale residential community comprised of 50 single-family villas
2005
- Planning of 450-acre AmeriPlex at Portage Prairie (now known as AmeriPlex at Interstate 80/90) in South Bend begins
- Holladay welcomes new partner, Jeff Ottman, of the Nashville office
2006
- Heritage Square opens; retail division established

- Development of Holladay's first multi-family student residence begins in South Bend
2012
- Indianapolis office completes 99,000 SF build to suit for the Indiana Department of Revenue at AmeriPlex
2013
- Nashville office leads development of three industrial reuse projects totaling 110,000 SF
- Indianapolis office celebrates milestone year with 177 acres of land sales and over 2 MM SF of new construction
2014
- Holladay welcomes new partner, Paul Phair, from the South Bend office

2015
