South Bend and Holladay Corporation's first commercial speculative office building in decades is developed: the 34,000 SF River Glen Office Plaza

  • John Phair and Jim Laskowski become partners of The Holladay Corporation
  • South Bend begins first substantial rehabilitation of 3300 Sample Street, which was converted from a Milton Bradley croquet toy plant, into multi-tenant office/warehouse space
  • South Bend office develops first build to suit: 851 Marietta Street for Signature Insurance

  • Master-planning of 1,500 acre business park in Indianapolis, IN begins
  • Nashville office begins offering third-party medical office property management and development services

  • Nashville office gains second large-scale MOB contract for MedCap Properties, LLC

Canada Metals pre-demolition in Winnipeg, Canada

Portage office leads purchase of former Canada Metals building in Winnipeg, Canada, which required extensive site remediation before the property was sold

  • Portage office develops two multi-tenant commercial buildings for State and Local government offices in Gary, IN

  • Planning of third large-scale business park, a joint venture with the Purdue Research Foundation called AmeriPlex at the Crossroads, begins in Merrillville, IN
  • South Bend office develops the Cottages at Pendle Woods, an upscale residential community comprised of 50 single-family villas

  • Holladay Properties develops two state-of-the-art cancer treatment centers, build to suits for Michiana Hematology & Oncology in South Bend and Westville, IN
  • Holladay establishes joint venture partnership with IU Health – LaPorte Hospital, which leads to the development of LifeWorks Business Park in Michigan City, IN

  • Nashville office is hired to manage 1.8 MM SF, bringing its medical management portfolio total to 6.7 MM SF
  • Development of Holladay's first multi-family student residence begins in South Bend

  • South Bend office completes 99 bed Hampton Inn & Suites in Mishawaka, IN and new hospitality growth initiative is established

  • Holladay welcomes new partner, Allen Arender, of the Nashville office
  • Holladay expands Hospitality portfolio with a 122-room Holiday Inn at AmeriPlex-Indianapolis and a 50-room Affordable Suites extended stay hotel at AmeriPlex at the Port in Portage
  • Nashville’s South Florida Property Management Team earns a Regional BOMA TOBY award as well as their third consecutive BOMA of Fort Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches TOBY for the Westside Medical Arts Building
