Holladay Properties hosted a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, September 10 to celebrate the start of construction on Northwood Station,  a new luxury apartment community in Wood Dale, Illinois.

Located at 372 N Wood Dale Rd, Northwood Station will offer 148 thoughtfully designed apartment homes with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans. The development will feature luxury finishes, open-concept layouts, and a full suite of amenities including a fitness center, clubhouse, outdoor amenity deck, and more.

Attendees at the groundbreaking ceremony included representatives from Holladay Properties, the City of Wood Dale, First Bank Chicago, project partners, and community leaders. The ceremony concluded with remarks from key stakeholders and celebratory photo opportunities.
