Holladay Properties hosted a groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday, April 30 to celebrate the start of construction on The Aldridge Building, a new 54,000 square-foot industrial building in Michigan City, Indiana.

Located behind the existing Haskell Building at 6101 Cleveland Ave, The Aldridge will offer a 24′ clear ceiling height, 4 drive-in bays, 8 dock doors, and divisibility to 6,750 square-feet.

Attendees of the groundbreaking ceremony included representatives from Holladay Properties, the City of Michigan City, the Economic Development Corporation of Michigan City, Holladay Construction Group, project partners, and community leaders.

The project reflects the strong partnership between Holladay Properties and Michigan City, working together to drive continued growth and long-term success for the community. The ceremony concluded with remarks from key stakeholders and a celebratory photo opportunity.
