Quincy Station, a five-story multifamily community in the heart of Westmont, Illinois, that was developed by Holladay Properties, won the Multifamily Key Award presented by The Building Industry Association of Greater Chicago.

The top floor offers a club room with shared amenities and a rooftop terrace overlooking Quincy Street and downtown Westmont.
The annual Key Awards, presented by The Building Industry Association of Greater Chicago, recognize excellence across the building industry. It is the country’s longest running peer-judged awards program of its kind. The Key Awards were established to recognize all aspects of housing design, with winners in various divisions: Single Family, Multifamily, Remodeling, Interior Design, Outdoor Spaces, and On The Board.
