Holladay Properties partnered with Villagio Hospitality Group to develop a 60,000-square-foot Tempo by Hilton hotel at the NOVA LIVE campus in Manassas, Virginia. Construction began in early 2024 and was completed in December 2025. The hotel features a contemporary, open-concept lobby, flexible areas for both work and leisure, along with a curate collection of culinary options, including a signature coffee fuel bar, a relaxed breakfast café, and a vibrant bar for guests to enjoy.
