Holladay Properties recently completed the development of a 2,500-square-foot Starbucks within our Winding Brook Retail Park in Ashland, VA. Holladay developed the property, owns the building, and also manages the building. We love partnering with the Starbucks brand! We have a few Starbucks projects under our belt and we are looking forward to future projects with this iconic brand.
