(Fishers, IN) Holladay Properties is partnering with Dora Hospitality Group to bring a new Home2 Suites by Hilton extended-stay hotel to Fishers, IN. Construction of the four-story, 91-room hotel began in October.

“Dora Hospitality Group is a well-respected and experienced hotel management and development firm and will serve as the hotel’s management company” said Chase Smith, Developer for Holladay Properties. “We are extremely pleased by the opportunity to work with them on the development of the new hotel and look forward to continuing this relationship.”

Holladay Properties has significant experience with both extended-stay hotels and with the Hilton Home2 brand specifically. When completed, the new Home2 Suites Fishers will be Holladay’s 11th extended-stay hotel and the firm’s 18th operating hotel property.

“Holladay’s hospitality division continues to grow with the development of both traditional and extended-stay hotels,” said Jeff Arthur, Senior Vice President of Hospitality for Holladay Properties. “The new Home2 Suites is a great fit for our company and Dora Hospitality Group will be a great partner in this development.”

Home2 Suites by Hilton hotels are an all-suite extended-stay hotel model offering contemporary accommodations at an affordable rate. The Home2 Suites in Fishers will feature an indoor swimming pool, a business center, a breakfast area, and a fitness center. Located right off 96th Street in Fishers and near both the Indy Metropolitan Airport and the Nickel Plate District, the new Home 2 will be able to capitalize on the bustling commercial and corporate activity in the area.

Holladay Construction Group, LLC has begun the demolition phase of the project, which is expected to be completed in December. In addition to Holladay Construction Group, the project team includes Ramaker & Associates as the Project Architect, and Land Consultants as the Project Civil Engineer.
