Indiana property management team expands third-party portfolio

Holladay Properties’ Indiana Property Management team has added five properties to its third-party management portfolio. The buildings are in the South Bend and Indianapolis, IN markets.

“Our Indiana Property Management team has been awarded new third-party full-service management opportunities for five properties totaling 166,000 square feet of space,” said Kyle McFarland, Director of Property Management for Holladay Properties. “Our history of quality service went to work for us in landing these contracts.”

Samantha Hale, Commercial Property Manager (South Bend, IN) will manage the South Bend market properties, including a 45,000 square foot industrial building located next to the South Bend Airport owned by Century Industrial, Inc. The property owner, based out of Chicago, wanted to partner with a property manager local to the South Ben market to manage the property. A local broker who has worked with Holladay in the past, referred the owner to Holladay’s property management team.

Lok Investments is a single story, 20,000 square foot office building located in Elkhart, IN occupied by Elkhart County DCS. The property owner, located in Maryland, purchased the building in November of 2020 and has partnered with Holladay’s South Bend team to manage the facility. Holladay was introduced to this client by a local lender within the market who highly recommended our management team.

In Indianapolis, Dan Reed, Holladay’s local Commercial Property Manager, has added three new third-party facilities to his management portfolio. All three properties came to Holladay through referrals based on previous positive experiences with Holladay Properties.

Echo Associates is a three-story, 59,000 square foot retail building, and Echo III is a two-story, 21,000 square foot retail building. The properties are located on the northside of Indianapolis, near I-465 and old US 31. The property owners, local to Indianapolis, looked to partner with an experienced management company in the local market and selected Holladay to fulfil that role.

C52 Holdings is a 21,000 square foot retail building located on the southeast side of Indianapolis. Church 52 Family Worship Center is the owner and anchor tenant of the property and sought a local property management firm who could manage it on their behalf instead of self-manage the property.

Holladay was selected based on a referral from a local broker in the Indianapolis who has previously experience with our firm. The building is fully leased, and the property management team’s goal is to maintain the occupancy by prioritizing tenant satisfaction.

The addition of these five properties brings Holladay’s third-party management portfolio to approximately 1,500,000 square feet. This includes full service, facilities management, and caretaking management services for a mix of office, retail, and industrial properties.
