(Nashville, Tenn.) - Erin Van Mol was recently promoted to a Senior HR Generalist. Von Mol joined Holladay Properties in December 2016 to support the administrative functions of the Human Resources department.

(Indianapolis, Ind.) - The City of Indianapolis has taken steps to provide funding for streets, sidewalks and other infrastructure improvements for the Central State and Monon 16 areas to encourage development growth for those projects.
The City expects to borrow $9.5 million as part of a federal loan guarantee program to fund the projects.
