Holladay Properties is pleased to announce a new 6,735 square foot lease with Fagor Arrasate, the world-wide leader in metal forming equipment and production systems. Based in Spain with six plants operating throughout the world, Fagor Arrasate serves customers in over 70 countries.
“The new Fagor Arrasate service plant will be operational by the end of 2020. The facility will include a workshop & offices and will complement the current Fagor Arrasate commercial and service structure,” said Phil Conway, Director-North America of Fagor Arrasate. “The project seeks to strengthen the after-sales service, engineering, and spare parts inventory while solidifying relationships with customers in a market in which Fagor Arrasate has carried out numerous projects in recent years and whose demand is booming.”
Fagor Arrasate is the first tenant to sign a lease in the Diversey Building, a new 52,900 square foot building that will be located 1460 Prairie School Drive in AmeriPlex at the Port. The new facility will break ground in April 2020 and is comprised of flexible office, industrial and showroom space.
Holladay Properties provides leasing and property management services for AmeriPlex at the Port and the new Diversey Building, which is owned by an investment group led by the Portage, IN office of Holladay Properties.
