Holladay Properties recently completed the development of the NorthPoint Two building located in the NorthPoint Industrial Park in Westfield, IN. The 169,544 square foot industrial facility broke ground in Fall 2022 and was completed in November 2023.

NorthPoint Two is located at 20220 Fenside Xing and features a 32-foot clear ceiling height, 16 overhead dock doors, 50-foot by 50-foot column spacing, LED high bay warehouse lighting, 125 car parking spaces, and 15 trailer parking spaces.

NorthPoint Two is the second of three Holladay Properties’ spec industrial buildings planned to develop in this industrial park. These three new buildings will represent a total of 335,500 square feet of development within this business park.
