Holladay Properties proudly announces the completion of its latest project, the WoodSpring Suites by Choice Hotels in Ashland, VA, managed by Holladay Hospitality Group. The four-story, 122 room extended-stay hotel broke ground in 2022 and opened in August of 2023. This is Holladay Properties’ 12th Woodspring Suites hotel.

Located at 11530 Lakeridge Pkwy. in Ashland, this hotel features four stories with a variety of rooms with queen or king-sized beds, a spacious lobby, guest laundry room, and fitness center.
Each of the furnished suites offer a comprehensive kitchenette, complete with a microwave, refrigerator, 2-burner stovetop, and sink. Additionally, the rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, a well-appointed workspace featuring a comfortable chair, a cozy bed, and ample storage space.
